This requirement is for a one-time service, the Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to ensure proper cleaning of a 10,000-gallon diesel fuel tank. There will be a site visit on 30 April 2025 at 1000 on Holloman AFB. We will be meeting at the visitor center. See attached background consent form for base access. Questions and answers will be due on 1 May 2025 at 1400 to the listed POC's e-mails. This solicitation has been amended to include the equivalent wage rate, questions and answers, amended SOW, and attach the amended SF30 solicitation form. Amendment 2: This solicitation has been amended to allow more time for the customer to provide further clarification. Bids are now due on 15 May 2025 and additional details will be pushed out once received. Amendment 3: This solicitation has been amended to attach the updated Statement of Work and additional photos showing fuel tank and piping gaskets.
