Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, authorization and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary. Holloman Air Force Base, NM, is seeking a company that can provide one instructor led Operator / Operator Maintenance Training course for 5 days (40 hours) and one instructor led Field Level Maintenance Training course for 5 days (40 hours) for a newly acquired vehicle, specifically a Rough Terrain Container Handler (RTCH) model number: RT240V4. Additional hands on training is required for the tophandler R&R. The training requested is for a total of eight (8) students from the 635th Material Maintenance Group (MMG). One fully mission capable (FMC) RTCH SLEP RT240V4 vehicle equipped with SL-3 and fire extingishers will be completed furnished by the 635th MMG. All work is to be accomplished IAW the attached Performance Work Statement.
