Shifts must consist of two (2) Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), one (1) of whom must be an Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic (EMT-P). HAFB shall provide a primary and secondary ambulance. The Contractor shall provide 24- hour coverage, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with no exceptions. The Contractor shall also provide ambulance response to emergencies as requested by dispatch and transport to designated health care organization, Christus Health(r), located 13.6 miles from HAFB, ensuring the patient receives the appropriate level of care at all times. This presolicitation notice is an announcement of a requirement for Advance Life Support (ALS) (Ambulance) Services at Holloman AFB, NM 88330 Description of Work Holloman AFB (HAFB) need personnel to perform emergency transport services on base. Shifts must consist of two (2) Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), one (1) of whom must be an Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic (EMT-P). HAFB shall provide a primary and secondary ambulance. The contractor shall provide 24- hour coverage, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with no exceptions. The contractor shall also provide ambulance response to emergencies as requested by dispatch. The response time is not to exceed twelve (12) minutes with 90 percent compliance. The transfer and stabilization of patience from HAFB to the Government designated health care organization which is Christus Health, in Alamogordo New Mexico, located 13.6 miles from HAFB, ensuring the patient received the appropriate level of care at all times. The restocking of used/expiring supplies, used supplies will be replaced within 1 hour following the transport.
