The Government requires a state certified laboratory to analyze the Holloman AFB drinking water samples required by the State of New Mexico and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The contractor shall provide sampling analysis services required for the Holloman AFB Drinking Water Program. This analysis will be conducted as indicated on the Sampling Plan to include monthly, weekly, quarterly, annually, and other requirements, as well as, non-routine sampling or other required sampling requested by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or the State of New Mexico. This is not a solicitation. However, upon solicitation if the quoter is not able to test for the unregulated contaminate sample required by the EPA, the quoter must subcontract this requirement to an EPA-approved UCMR Laboratory. Analysis will also include repeat samples due to positive sample results, and any further sampling required by the State of New Mexico. Upon award, the contractor shall provide results to the 49 Operational Medical Readiness Squadron Bioenvironmental Engineering Flight (49 OMRS/SGXB) and to the New Mexico Environmental Department and conform to requirements within the draft SOW. This is not military unique, this is a state requirement. NOTE: Further revisions or changes to the SOW may be made if and when a solicitation is issued.
