This requirement is for the purchase & install of a CCTV system in MDG Main Clinic (Bldg. 23) and Dental Clinic (Bldg. 20) Each system shall be inclusive of cameras (with all associated hardware/cabling/conduit), recording system (be it computer or NVR), monitors (for viewing footage), dual layer DVD burner (for recording footage for security purposes), and an UPS (to provide power during loss). Initial system training will be required as will a basic troubleshooting session for 10-12 designated Government reps. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This requirement is being solicitated as an “ALL, SOME, or NONE”. Vendor must provide cost breakdown for each individual building to allow the government to choose which buildings will be upgraded.
