Description of Services: In accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide an office trailer including utility hookups to water, sewer, and electrical. The trailer shall have one male and one female latrine. The trailer shall be furnished with 35 desks and 35 chairs. The contractor shall remove the trailer at the end of performance. See attached SOW for more details. Important Notices: This acquisition will be competitively set-aside for eligible Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). A WOSB will be considered under North American Classification System (NAICS) code 321992 with a size standard of 500 Employees. All offerors must be registerred in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). All questions concerning this notice should be submitted electronically via email to the Points of Contact as indicated in this announcement. All information pertaining to this announcement, including technical (or other) questions and answers will be provided to/through the Contracting Office ONLY to ensure equal distribution of information to interested parties via sam.gov. Period of Performance (PoP): 01 September 2024 - 29 October 2027 (12 month base period and two (2) twelve month option periods). PoP includes estimated trailer installation and removal times. The trailer shall be move-in ready no later than 30 September 2024. Expected Award Date: On or about 30 August 2024. Site Visit: Due to the non-complexity of this requirement, a site visit is not anticipated at this time. Please see Attachment 1.1, Site Map, for more details.
