IMPORTANT NOTICE: (28 June 2024) Amendment 0001: FAR 52.212-5 is hereby updated by incorporating FAR 52.225-1 Alternate 1, Buy American-Supplies (Oct 2022). END NOTICE Description of Services: This requirement will provide essential local area Telecommunication Services (TS) and features supporting Holloman AFB, NM. Site specific equipment connectivity requirements are identified in Appendix 1, along with required features. This Local Telecommunication Service (LTS) contract will support the installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365). Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more information. Period of Performance (PoP): 07 September 2024 - 06 September 2029 (12-month base period and four (4) twelve month option periods). Expected Award Date: On or about 05 August 2024. Site Visit: 02 July 2024 at 0900 MDT. In order to respond to Subfactor 5, offeror should attend Site Visit as no pictures can be published (ref. PWS paragraph 4.6.12). NOTICE: Vendors planning to attend the Site Visit must submit no more than two names (First and Last Name, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, & Citizenship) to the Contract Administrator, no later then 27 June 2024 at 1630 MDT, in order for Holloman AFB Security Forces to process for base access. Failure to submit individuals for clearance will result in no gained access to the installation. Questions Due: 08 July 2024 at 1100 MDT.
