In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.” Holloman AFB requires the purchase and delivery of three (3) Hurst SC 358E2 Combi tools for use with existing support equipment. As such, this requirement is a 'Brand Name' only request. See attached J&A for justification of Brand Name restriction.
