Amendment 04: Extended the date offers are due from June 23rd to June 30th. Extended the questions period from June 16th to June 23rd. Added attachments providing information about the Site Visit that occurred on the 13th, as well as additional information about the NMED standards and current violations. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 03: Corrected a typo in the attachment. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 02: Extending the date offers are due from June 13th to June 23rd. The Site Visit ended early, and is rescheduled to June 13th, at the Holloman Visitor's Center at 9:00 AM MDT. The questions period will extend again, ending on June 16th. Please see the updated attachment for details. _______________________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 01: Extending the date offers are due from June 1st to June 13th. There will now be a Site Visit on May 31st, at the Holloman Visitor's center, at 9:00 AM MDT. The questions period has also been extended, and will end June 6th. The attachment has been modified accordingly. Please see the attachment for more details. _______________________________________________________________________________________ The 49 CES at Holloman AFB, NM, is seeking Fuel Tank Repairs in accordance with the ‘Statement of Work’ (See attached). The New Mexico Environment Department requires that all work on this project be completed by certified personnel meeting the requirements of New Mexico Administrative Code (NMAC), Paragraphs 20.5.105.501 and 20.5.105.504. A list of currently known certified personnel and companies is included within the attached file. (See attached)
