END OF NOTICE #2 NOTICE #1: 12 July 2023 The anticipated award will be a firm-fixed-price contract, the award will be made based on the lowest priced offer received. END OF NOTICE #1 The services required are the Catholic and Protestant Music/Religious Education Directors. The Music Directors with their specific faith group will be managing music for the worship services offered at the Holloman Air Force Base (HAFB), Chapel. The Religious Education (RE) Directors with their respective faith group provide chapel staff and communities with notice of activities for publication and community awareness. They recruit/train volunteers, organize two (2) volunteer training events, and develop yearly education planning in accordance with the Statement of Work. The performance period will consist of a one (1) year base period beginning 01 October 2023 and ending 30 September 2024 and include four (4) one-year option periods beginning 01 October 2024 and ending 30 September 2028. The total period is expected to be five (5) years. Religious Services: One (1) Catholic Religious Education Director, quantity/unit: 12 months. One (1) Protestant Religious Education Director, quantity/unit: 12 months. One (1) Catholic Music Director, qty/unit 12 months One (1) Protestant Music Director, qty/unit 12 months Base plus Four (4) One-Year Options Both directors of Religious Education will organize bible studies, religious education classes, and implement sacramental education programs. Both musician directors will recruit choir members as well as direct music playing during religious service.
