No contract will be awarded from this announcement and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. This Sources Sought Notice is in support of market research being conducted by the 49 CONS to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling all requirements associated with these services on HAFB. Description of Services: As part of its market research, the 49th Contracting Squadron (49 CONS) at Holloman Air Force Base, NM (HAFB) is issuing this Sources Sought notice to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified & interested small business contractors capable of providing Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) at HAFB. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform integrated solid waste management (ISWM) collection at HAFB. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations, international agreements, Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) and appropriate Final Governing Standards (FGS) or, in their absence, the Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document (OEBGD).
