The contractor shall comply, or be able to be compliant with the 2021 International Convention of Airshows (ICAS) Pyro Safety Subcommittee and accepted as an ICAS qualified Shooter In Charge (SIC). The contractor will need to coordinate and work with the Air Boss, Open House Director, Air Operations Director, Ground Operations Director or designated POC from time of awarded contract to up to 90 days after the 7-8 May Open House for any following after action reports, paperwork, or continuity. The contractor shall provide materials, personnel and equipment needed for pyrotechnics. The contractor will submit Pyrotechnic operation and safety plans to the 49th EOD and 49th Weapons Safety Offices by 18 March (unless coordinated otherwise) for review. Any requirements that the contractor should need from Holloman AFB, shall be Coordinated with the Open House Director/appropriate POC.
