The contractor shall coordinate and work with the Air Boss, Open House Director, Air Operations Director, Ground Operations Director and designated point of contact from time of awarded contract to up to 90 days after the 7-8 May 2022 Open House for after action reports, paperwork, and continuity. The contractor shall provide materials, personnel and equipment needed for fuel, oil, and ground support. Requirements needed from Holloman AFB by the contractor shall be coordinated with the Open House Director and the designated point of contact.
