A sources sought was conducted and at the same time, Oshkosh was contacted. Oshkosh provided a letter stating that Siddons-Martins Emergency Group/Global ARFF Supply are the sole supplier of Oshkosh parts/service for New Mexico. Based on this sole source letter, this requirement was solicited/awarded to the above referenced contractor.
