The Contractor shall provide an inclusive retreat facility within 100 miles of Holloman Air Force Base (HAFB) with classroom facilities, meals, recreational activities, and lodging for day and overnight retreats for Airman and families. The Contractor shall provide facilities, meals, lodging, and activities to accommodate up to 40 participants of all ages.
