The Government requires a state certified laboratory to analyze the Holloman AFB drinking water samples required by the State of New Mexico and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The contractor shall provide sampling analysis services required for the Holloman AFB Drinking Water Program. 2. In accordance with the approved Holloman AFB 2013 Quality Assurance Project Plan for Water Quality Management Program, weekly base water samples have the following EPA restrictions: water must be kept at 10 degrees Celsius for a period of no longer than 8 hours.
