This is a solicitation for a requirement for F-16 Flame Holder (F100-PW-100, 200, 220, 220E engine models) Repair services on Holloman AFB. This acquisition requirement will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery – Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for a one (1) year base period, with four (4) one-year option periods. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to repair and inspect Flameholders, National Stock Number (NSN): 2840-01-326-4066. Services will also include the pickup of the units from HAFB, transport to repair/inspection facility, and delivery back to HAFB after completion of repair and inspection. The contractor shall inspect and repair Flame holders IAW manufacturer specifications and recommendations, in addition to technical guidance from United States Air Force (USAF) F100 Engineering Office. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (POP): The POP is for a one-year base period and four one-year option periods; estimated start date will be approximately 30 days after closing date (14 August 2020) IMPORTANT NOTICES: All offerors must be approved and authorized to conduct flame holder repair services by the AFLCMC USAF F100 Engineering Office after having submitted a Source Approval Request (SAR) Package. Any potential offer not approved, may contact AFLCMC/LPEA2 F100 Engineering Office at (405)-734-7558 / DSN: 884-7558 or AFLCMC.LPEA2.Engineers@us.af.mil in order to submit a SAR, which may or may not be approved prior to closing date of this requirement. ***Offerors must submit their SAR with quote.*** All offerors must be registered in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov/SAM, which is a Government owned and operated FREE web site that consolidated the capabilities of Central Contractor Registration (CCR)/Fed Reg, Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA), and Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
