***NOTICE: This solicitation number has been updated to FA480120Q0008.*** This presolicitation notice is an announcement of a requirement for laundry services (pick up, transport, launder, and return) for the 49th Logistics Readiness Squadron at Holloman AFB (HAFB) NM 88330. Please note that two additional solicitations will be posted for laundry services for other organizations (49 MDG Laundry & 49 FSS/372 TRS Laundry); for a total of three contracts. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform laundry service for Holloman AFB (HAFB), NM. Contract shall be performed in a manner that will provide clean laundry in accordance with local, county, state, federal and professional industry standards and as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Payment shall be calculated based on dry bulk weight or per item as specified in bid sheet. Service schedule will provide pickup and delivery, in accordance with the PWS, but no more than three times per week. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (POP): The POP is for a 1 year base period of 1 June 2020 to 31 May 2021, and four one-year option periods (1 June - 31 May). IMPORTANT NOTICES: This acquisition will be competitively set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. A SB will be considered small under North American Classification System (NAICS) code 812332 with a size standard of $41.5M. All offerors must be registered in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov/SAM, which is a Government owned and operated FREE web site that consolidated the capabilities of Central Contractor Registration (CCR)/FedReg, Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA), and Excluded Parties List System (EPLS). You are required to create a user account to register and/or update your entity records (i.e., Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) [new standard replacing the proprietary DUNS number], etc.) in SAM which were previously located in separate CCR and ORCA websites. This information is necessary in order to receive award consideration.
