The solicitation documents are correct and current as published. The 823 RHS at Holloman AFB, NM, is seeking 2,535 Cubic Yards of 5,000 PSI-rated wet concrete mix, 400 Tons of P401 Hot Mix Asphalt, 360 Gallons of Asphalt Prime Coat Oil (with application) in accordance with the Attachments. Any interested vendor must be able to delivery these supplies no later than the schedule specified in the Attachments (beginning 20 April 2023 for the concrete mix, 13 June 2023 for Asphalt Prime Coat, and 15 June 2023 for the Asphalt). Additionally, supplies must meet ASTM C1017, C1064, C1077, C123, C125, C1252, C1260, C127, C128, C131, C142, C142, C143, C150, C1567, C1602, C1646, C172, C231, C295, C31, C33, C33, C39, C494, C566, C595, C618, C666, C78, C88, C94, C989, D2041, D2419, D2726, D2726, D3203, D3203, D3665, D3666, D4791, D4791, D4867, D57, D5821, D6926, D6926, D75, and D979 standards, and other ASTM standards, as applicable, with supporting test results, as stated in the attachments. Delivery dates specified above and in the Attachments of the supplies may be rescheduled to later dates after award, up to 60 days after the dates specified in the Attachments, via written change order at the direction of the Contracting Officer or written designee of the Contracting Officer, with at least 7 calendar days notice to the successful contractor at no cost to the government. As a solicitation for a firm-fixed price contract, offerors are reminded to include all costs in their pricing of quotes.
