This is a sources sought synopsis in support of a market survey being conducted by the 633d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA 23665 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10, Market Research, to determine potential interest and capabilities of 8(a) Small Businesses to provide Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) support services. This notice also seeks industry input on the attached SABER General Provisions. Information collected will be used for an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) that is estimated to be posted on 25 Feb 2021. This synopsis is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, a synopsis of a solicitation, a commitment on the part of the Government to later publish a solicitation, or ultimately award a contract. The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing or submitting a response to this synopsis. Requirement: Refer to the following draft attachment: -SABER General Provisions Requested Information: -Potential interest/capabilities to perform construction work on yet to be awarded SABER Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) -Industry questions/concerns/other inputs on SABER General Provisions Responses: Please submit potential interest/capabilities and industry input via email to Mr. Phillip J. Nease at phillip.nease.1@us.af.mil AND Lt Cordarrell Hammond at cordarrell.hammond@us.af.mil no later than Monday, 30 November 2020 at 4:30 PM EST. Please note that the Government does not plan to respond to any industry inputs at this time. Applicable industry inputs will be used to better refine/define our upcoming RFP solicitation.
