This is a sources sought synopsis in support of a market survey being conducted by the 633d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA 23665 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10, Market Research, to determine potential interest and capabilities of 8(a) Small Businesses to provide Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) support services. This notice also seeks industry input on the attached SABER General Provisions. Information collected will be used for an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) that is estimated to be posted on 25 Feb 2021. This synopsis is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, a synopsis of a solicitation, a commitment on the part of the Government to later publish a solicitation, or ultimately award a contract. The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing or submitting a response to this synopsis.
