The contractor must provide all equipment, tools, materials, parts, vehicles, personnel, labor, supervision, and management to inspect, maintain, and repair five aircraft metal roof sunshades at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (Langley AFB), Virginia. Work includes attached features such as structural LED lights, bird nesting mitigation, lightning protection inspection, obstruction lighting, safety reflective devices, and fall protection. Inspections, maintenance, and repairs must follow OEM specifications, procedures, industry standards, or best practices, in that order, and applicable Federal, State, and local building codes or equivalent military UFC/UFGS.
