The Contractor provide all services for the design, model, fabricate, delivery and field assist Quality Assurance/Quality Control in the placement of Wave Attenuation Devices (WADs) optimized for the shoreline characteristics of the designated site locations. Contractor shall provide approximately 140 WADs– at the optimal height as determined in design and at the discretion of the needs/requirements of the Government.
