All work shall be performed in accordance with attached drawings, specifications, and all applicable laws, regulations, standards and commercial practices as described in the statement of work with the focus on safety and customer service. The total period of performance is 160 days for both buildings as one contract. The Contractor is encouraged and expected to use innovative approaches to efficiently and effectively accomplish SOW requirements in a timely manner at reduced costs, and in a way, which fosters pride and ownership in the work performed. **This is a Sources Sought Notice**
