The 633rd Contracting Squadron seeks a secure, self-contained, high-quality offsite venue located outside the immediate National Capital Region (NCR). The venue must host approximately 40 senior military and civilian leaders, including Brigadier Generals, Colonels, GG-15 civilians, and Senior Enlisted Leaders, for a multi-day strategic planning session. The purpose is to provide a distraction-free environment away from the NCR operational tempo to support long-range strategic alignment, innovation, and leadership cohesion. All responsible vendors meeting the RFQ specifications are invited to submit a quotation for full consideration.
