This contract requires a contractor to provide four specialized personnel to support the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC): one Manpower and Personnel Staff Representative, one Special Security Representative, two Assessments Support Analysts, and one Safety and Airborne Operations Program Manager. All primary labor is to be performed at the JECC on Norfolk Naval Base in Norfolk, Virginia, with support also provided to subordinate commands in Norfolk, VA, and at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida. The personnel will deliver expert analysis, security administration, assessments support, and safety program management.
