The Joint Base Langley-Eustis Honor Guard requires professional alteration and dry-cleaning services for ceremonial uniforms. This is a Request for Information (RFI) to identify capable small businesses, not a solicitation for proposals. The services are to be performed at Joint Base Langley-Eustis.
