This is a Request for Quote to establish a blanket purchase agreement for vehicle paint and corrosion control services. The services must be performed at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, with a strong preference for vendors located within 20 miles. The period of performance is from 1 April 2026 to 30 March 2027. Funds are not presently available, and no award will be made until they are. Evaluation will be based on best value, considering price, technical capability, past performance, and proximity to the base.
