8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8)

This is a competitive, firm-fixed-price contract for a broad range of maintenance, repair, and construction work on real property at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia. The work will be performed under a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a total program ceiling of $320,000,000. The contract includes a base year plus seven option years and is set aside for qualified 8(a) small businesses, with no geographical limitations for bidding. It will result in the award of two separate IDIQ contracts.
