The purpose of this requirement is to install an All Access Control System and a 42 Camera CCTV System for security purposes and to enable after-hours access capabilities at Anderson Fild House at fort eustis. Please review the Statement of Requirement in the attachments for more information. While the statement of requirement does specify certain brand name equpment, "or equal" substitutes will be considered for award. Please review the attachments for the answers to the current questions and Anderson field house camera placement. FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. A site visit will be accomplished June 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST. We are extending this contract to July 23, 2025 due to an updated Statement of Work (SOW) that clarifies the camera specifications for this project. The revised SOW indicates a total of 30 cameras: 23 fixed cameras and 7 PTZ cameras. Please review the updated Statement of Work and other attatchments for complete details and specifications.
