1.DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, storage, security, setup, and labor, not stated as a Government Furnished Property o... 1.DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, storage, security, setup, and labor, not stated as a Government Furnished Property or Service, necessary to provide pyrotechnic displays at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Hampton, VA, in support of the 2025 Air Power over Hampton Roads air show. 2.Period of Performance: 26-27April 2025 Practice Day: 25 April 3. Specific Requirements:Two pyrotechnics performances in support of 2025 Air Power Over Hampton Roads, one for each day between 26-27 April 2025. Each performance will contain a minimum of the following: •2 cluster bombs •2 300ft napalm •1 hot strafe •2 double bombs •1 1000ft wall of fire Please see the attached Combo Solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for full details.
