This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quotes (RFQ) will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses including those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01and DFARS change notice 2023-02. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515 and the size standard is #750 of people. This is a requirement for Load Bank 270 VDC. The quote shall be effective for 30 days after submission. Please respond to this revised RFQ by following the attached instructions and proving a quote. We urge you to thoroughly review all special notes, instructions, clauses, and provisions included in this document to ensure compliance. Certain provisions outlined in the attachments require offerors to submit specific information for their quote to be deemed complete. Any quote, amendment, revision, or withdrawal submitted after the specified deadline will be deemed late and will not be considered unless all of the following conditions are met: the input is received prior to the award, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote will not significantly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
