The 633d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) at Joint Base Langley Air Force Base (JBLE). This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement. The anticipated contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with one (1) base year and four (4) one-year option periods. The anticipated requirements are as follows: Operation and management of the COCESS at JBLE. Provision of all necessary supplies, materials, and services to meet the base's Civil Engineer (CE) requirements. Ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. Meeting the Air Force's specific CE supply needs in accordance with established policies and procedures. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of conducting market research and gathering information on the capability of potential small business vendors to fulfill the above requirements. The 633d Contracting Squadron is soliciting a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Langley Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store for Joint Base Langley Air Force Base. This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside. The period of performance will be for one base year and four one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 444140 and the Small Business Size Standard is $16.5M. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential small business contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available in electronic format. The solicitation number will be FA4800-25-Q-0010, and will be posted to the Governmentwide Point of Entry, SAM.gov. Please note, foreign contractors are excluded from acting as the prime contractor for this requirement. This office will NOT issue hard copy solicitations. Offerors should not expect notification that an amendment has been issued.
