This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of all supplies, materials, tools and equipment, and qualified management and labor necessary to inspect, test, maintain, and repair the fire training facilities which includes both Large Frame (LF) and Small Frame (SF) Aircraft Fire Training Facilities (AFTF) and the Structural Fire Training Facility (SFTF) at Langley AFB, Virginia, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541350 Building Inspection Services with a size standard of $11.5M. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA480025Q0001 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. THE DUE DATE AND TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTE(S) IS NOT LATER THAN 24 OCTOBER 2024 AT 3:00 P.M. EST. Interested vendors are encouraged to read the attached Combo/Synopsis document, attachment(s), and ensure proposed item(s) conform to the requirements outlined in the performance work statement.
