The following requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside: The work under this project consists of upgrading the current facility to contemporary facility standards, to include major repairs to all building systems. The facility is currently unoccupied. The project includes, but is not limited to: demolition of several interior partitions and equipment to be replaced with new, demolition of all exterior doors, door hardware (as required), existing flat roof, and all exterior windows. The replacement of existing with new energy-efficient doors, roof, and windows, as well as a new, complete replacement of the HVAC system. The project also includes the replacement/upgrade of the fire alarm and suppression system and plumbing systems; the repair/replacement of the electrical power and distribution system (to be phased prior to start of the rest of the project); the repair/replacement of the lighting and grounding systems throughout the entire facility; and the replacement/upgrade of the telecommunications systems. Other items to be repaired include CMU walls, degradation of structural members, repair to walkways/overhangs and railing, stair tower (finishes), sidewalks, exterior lighting, landscaping, and force protection in Facility 130 at Joint Base Langley - Eustis (JBLE) - Langley, VA, as shown on the drawings. The Magnitude of Construction Project: Estimated more than $10,000,000.00 (See Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(h)) The Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held on 30 June 2025 at 10:00am ET. See attached Standard Form 1442, FAR Clause 52.236-27 (Alternate I) for details. The Pre-Bid Questions are due by no later than 8 July 2025 at 5:00pm ET.
