The room will need to be capable of NIPR and SIPR connectivity for briefings and VTC. The government requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing a full-solution VTC and AV system, to include procurement and installation, in addition to one year of on-call support and maintenance Please see the attached Combo Synopsis/Solictation and Statement of Objectives (SOO) for full details and guidelines. As a requirement of this solicitation, ALL quoting vendors MUST provide their own Statement of Work which details the specifications, tasks, and materials requireed to complete the project as per the SOO.
