The Company shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to provide and ship and remanufactured power divider that meets or exceeded manufactures requirements, as defined within this statement of work (SOW) Objectives: Rebuild and/or provide an overhauled unit to 633 LRS Vehicle Maintenance See attached pictures and information on this unit. Part number is 055538V001, Model :456; Serial Number is229; this unit is coming out of a 2014 KME Pl9 truck. Background: Current unit has metal filing though out unit and needs a complete overhaul, along with all it takes to do a complete high-quality repair. Contractor will provide all repairs and parts. All contractors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.beta.sam.gov database at the time of submission of quotes. ***OFFERS MUST INCLUDE SUFFICIENT INFORMATION TO INCLUDE ALL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE GOVERNMENTS REVIEW AND DETERMINATION OF TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY. Shut off air compressor and LOTO circuit - Bleed all air pressure off piping - Cut in a 2”x2”x3/4” copper press tee, install ball valve in the ceiling for the parts washers - Cut in a 2”x2”x1” copper ... Shut off air compressor and LOTO circuit - Bleed all air pressure off piping - Cut in a 2”x2”x3/4” copper press tee, install ball valve in the ceiling for the parts washers - Cut in a 2”x2”x1” copper press tee, install ball valve in the ceiling for the sand blaster - Take LOTO off the air compressor circuit, and turn air compressor back on - Leak check the new fittings that where installed - Fabricate support hangers in the ceiling for both air line runs - Fabricate support hangers coming down the wall for both air line runs - Run out ¾” copper pipe from new ball valve down to parts washer - Install ball valve, air regulator, and a hose that will connect to the parts washer - Drill hole through the block wall for the sand blaster air line - Run out 1” copper pipe from new ball valve, through the block wall and down to sand blaster - Install ball valve and tee fitting, run 2 hoses off the tee to each connection on the sand blaster - Seal up hole around the 1” copper pipe where it goes through the block wall - Drill an additional hole in the same wall for the electrical conduit - Run out conduit from panel F751_N_1PPC out through the wall and down to sand blaster - Install a 20amp receptacle for the sand blaster - Seal up hole around the conduit where it goes through the block wall - Open air valves to each machine and verify nothing is leaking - Turn power on to the receptacle and check for proper voltage
