The Base Operations Support (BOS) contract requires the contractor to provide all management, labor, transportation, tools, supplies, and equipment to perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and sustainment to 428 facilities at Fort Eustis, Virgina. The contracted services include but are not limited to HVAC maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, fire suppression, and minor construction. Further, this requirement plays a pivotal role in supporting vital resources and various base-wide programs such as NexGen and BUILDER to ensure accuracy of system data and to track the life cycle of real property. These services are aimed at enhancing the quality of life and ensuring the safety of the 20,000 military and civilian personnel stationed at Fort Eustis.
