The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 0009 is to incorporate a revised Attachment 15, Statement of Work (SOW). The only change to the SOW is to paragraph 1 which incorporates the Air Shower models CAP... The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 0009 is to incorporate a revised Attachment 15, Statement of Work (SOW). The only change to the SOW is to paragraph 1 which incorporates the Air Shower models CAP701KD-ST-6172 (3 each) and CAP701KD-ST-5554 (1 each). The only upgrade option required for both models is the magnetic interlocking doors. Paragraph 1 is also revised to denoted if any of the controls, valves, switches, etc., need to be moved, they shall be moved to the nearest accessible location (as approved by the government). In addition, this amendment corrects answers from Amendment 0008 on question numbers 285, 305, 325, 335, 370, 427, and 438 (all of which are related to the proper Air Shower models) and question number 432 (regarding the relocating of existing air controls). This amendment also incorporates revised Attachment 15 (SOW), Attachment 22 (Industry Questions), and Attachment 25 (Conformed Copy of Solicitation). The proposal due date for this acquisition remains unchanged at 3:00 p.m. ET on 2 April 2024. This requirement is for the Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia - Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. Scope of Work: Work to be performed under this IDIQ includes maintenance, repair, alteration, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, paving, earthwork and waterfront work in both family housing and industrial/office buildings. Work may involve design-build or design-bid-build projects as well as new construction of buildings or facilities to include some or all the above elements of work. Scope includes work on JBLE and Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina. This acquisition is a Total Small Business set-aside.
