The contractor shall provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide Community Programs Assistant services on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia (VA) in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable service. Contract personnel will provide program support, information and referral services for the Fort Eustis (FE) Army Community Service (ACS) and the Langley Air Force Base (LAFB) Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC). Contract personnel will have knowledge of military family support programming and latitude in the knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
