As a general scope of work, the contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, testing, transportation, supervision, and provide field investigations needed to perform the following but not limited to; asbestos abatement, lead paint abatement and remediation services at Building 472 Langley Air Force Base in accordance with the attached inspection report and the following; 1. Abatement and unforeseen friable asbestos plaster walls and ceilings. 2. Asbestos abatement of friable plaster ceilings throughout the building. 3. Asbestos abatement of friable plaster walls throughout the building. 4. Lead paint abatement in the basement areas.
