Uploaded As-Builts and other documents. 04 March 2022 - Soliciation Amendment is to update the current proposal due date from 04 March 2022 to 11 March 2022. 7 Feb 2022- I have been informed that there is an issue opening Attachment 20 - 2799 Asbestos Report and Attachment 23-1 HERT 13-9006 Demolish Bldgs 2731 Results; these two attachments have been resubmitted. The contractor shall provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, testing and supervision to perform field investigations, vehicles and equipment necessary to perform services on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia (VA) in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable service. The contractor shall demolish eight (8) buildings (801, 2731, 2783, 2785, 2794, 2799, 2113, and 2114) and perform site cleanup on previous demolished Building 2116 on Fort Eustis, Virginia. All work shall be performed in accordance with attached drawings, specifications, and all applicable laws, regulations, standards and commercial practices as described in the performance work statement with the focus on safety and customer service.
