The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to revise Solicitation Section L, add updated Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determinations, revise the SABER Seed Project statement of work, and add Government response to additional requests for information. Please see revised attachments. ------------- The 633 Contracting Squadron Infrastructure Flight, Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the award of a Simplified Acquisition of Base Civil Engineer Requirements (SABER) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The SABER requirements are for a broad range of maintenance, repair, minor and new construction work on real property on JBLE. This acquisition is a competitive procurement pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business (SBA) Act (15 U.S.C. 637(a)), in accordance with FAR 19.805 and FAR 6.204. In accordance with Title 13 of the Code of Federal Regulations, 124.507(c)(2), the SBA has determined that the U.S. Department of the Air Force, JBLE may compete this award among 8(a) Business Development Program participants headquartered, with an approved bona fide place of business, within SBA's Region III. Therefore, competition for this award is limited to the SBA's Region III, which includes the states of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington D.C. and West Virginia. This ward is a firm-fixed-price (FFP), single award, IDIQ contract. This IDIQ includes a base year and four option year periods with an overall ceiling capacity of $95,000,000.00.
