This requirement has been delayed due to funding constraints, more information will be relayed once funds have been secured. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, testing, transportation, supervision, perform field investigations, personnel, vehicles and equipment and prepare design documents required to perform Contractor services to demolish buildings 814, 820, 853, 877, 2431, 2630, and 2802 on Fort Eustis, Virginia. All work shall be performed in accordance with attached drawings, specifications, and all applicable laws, regulations, standards and commercial practices as described in the statement of work with the focus on safety and customer service. Additional work that is not listed but may be required to accomplish the desired results is inclusive in this project scope. The contractor shall submit with their proposal the estimated Period of Performance, NOT TO EXCEED 12 Months, required to demolish all 7 buildings.
