Provide a revised Environmental Special Conditions document dated 30 July 2021; changes are highlighted in yellow 2. Provide revised Site Visit Questions and Answers dated 30 July 2021; changes are highlighted in yellow 3. Correct the quote due date to 5 August 2021 at 5:00 PM EST. 7-28-2021 ALL, please note that the Questions and Answers document has been posted under "Attachments/Links". An updated SOW will be posted no later than 30 July 2021. All quotes are still due 5 August 2021. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, vehicles and equipment required to perform Contractor services to demolish Facility 732 and Facility 735 at JBLE-Langley, Virginia. All work shall be performed in accordance with attached drawings, specifications, and all applicable laws, regulations, standards and commercial practices as described in the statement of work with the focus on safety and customer service. The total period of performance is 160 days for both buildings as one contract. The Contractor is encouraged and expected to use innovative approaches to efficiently and effectively accomplish SOW requirements in a timely manner at reduced costs, and in a way, which fosters pride and ownership in the work performed. For your situational awareness, the Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors are on pages 95-96 of the attached Solicitation document. The current general timeline for the subject solicitation is on page 96 of the attached Solicitation document and is as follows: Vendor site visit request- NLT 21 July 2021, Submit base accesss request- 21 July 2021, Site visit- 23 July 2021 at 2:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time, Site visit questions due- 27 July 2021, All quotes due- 5 August 2021.The Evaluation Factors for Award are found on pages 97-98 of the attached Solicitation document.
