The purpose of this amendment is to update the current proposal due date from 16 Apr 21 to 25 May 21 to allow for Q&A's to be answered returned to vendors and include Asbestos Survey. The purpose of this amendment is to update the current proposal due date from 31 Mar 21 to 16 April 21 to allow for Q&A's to be answered and returned to vendors. The purpose of this amendment is to update the current proposal due date from 22 Mar 21 to 31 Mar 21 to allow for Q&A's to be answered and returned to vendors. The contractor shall provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, testing and supervision to perform field investigations, vehicles and equipment necessary to perform services on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia (VA) in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable service. The contractor shall demolish seven (7) buildings (814, 820, 853, 877, 2431, 2630, and 2802) on Fort Eustis, Virginia. All work shall be performed in accordance with attached drawings, specifications, and all applicable laws, regulations, standards and commercial practices as described in the performance work statement with the focus on safety and customer service. Additional work that is not listed but may be required to accomplish the desired results is inclusive in this project scope. The contractor shall submit with their proposal the estimated Period of Performance, NOT TO EXCEED 12 Months, required to demolish all 7 buildings.
