Update 3 Mar 2021: Amendment 0003 was issued to provide a revised Attachment 5 - Pricing Schedule dated 3 Mar 21. ------------------------------------------------- Update 2 Mar 2021: Amendment 0002 was issued to provide Government responses to Industry questions in Attachment 6. Additionally, due to the responses in the Industry Questions and Answers, a revised Attachment 5 - Pricing Schedule dated 1 Mar 21 was incorporated. ---------------------------------------------------- Update 20 Feb 2021: Amendment 0001 was issued to allow the Government time to answer questions submitted on the IFB and to allow bidders additional time to revise their bids accordingly/if applicable. Questions are to be submitted to phillip.nease.1@us.af.mil; gail.maszka.3@us.af.mil; and richard.walls.1@us.af.mil. ------------------------------------------------------- The 633 Contracting Squadron Infrastructure Flight, Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) via sealed bidding procedures of FAR Part 14, as modified and supplemented by the requirements of FAR Subpart 36.213, Special Procedures for Sealed Bidding in Construction Contracting. This requirement is for Paving Services for work that may include, but is not limited to, excavation; surface preparation; placing base course; asphaltic concrete and overlays; sealing of pavement; resetting of manholes and catch basins; repair of existing concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters; pothole repairs; airfield pavement slabs and spalls; repair of airfield box drains; removal of paint from airfield and base pavements; painting of stripes on airfield and other base pavements. This requirement will be a firm-fixed-price effort. The award will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of a base year and four option year periods with an overall ceiling capacity of $60,000,000. The award will be a total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.502-2. Bids are due no later than 2 PM ET on 23 Feb 2021.
