A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The 633d Contracting Squadron at Langley AFB, VA hereby gives a notice of intent to award this acquisition as a sole source award to Zivaro, Inc., 990 S. Broadway STE 300, Denver, CO 80209, for the urgent purchase of a display upgrade which includes CLIN 0001, construction and CLIN 0002, equipment for the 633 ABW Commanders conference room video teleconference (VTC). This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice by Monday, 30 March 2020, 400 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
