THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This sources sought is to survey the marketplace for vendor capability and interest in helping Langley AFB Bldg 300 Security Montoring and Maintenance. This requirement includes the 24/7 security monitoring and required maintenance. The contractor is to provide these services in a manner that will ensure the safety and general wellbeing of the property. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, licenses, quality control, and other items and services necessary to complete this requirement. Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The attached SOW and additional documents are in draft status and will be updated for a formal RFQ. Please monitor SAM.gov for all subsequent postings. This is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services. All interested parties shall submit a capabilities package (no more than 10 pages total) outlining your company’s key business abilities relevant to the performance of this requirement.
