THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This sources sought is to survey the marketplace for vendor capability and interest in helping Langley AFB’s 1st Fighter Wing procure a MiG-17 Performer for the 2025 Air Power over Hampton Roads Air Show, 25-27 April 2025. This requirement includes the arrival of the MiG Performer no later than 1800 on 24 April 2025 and shall depart after 1700 on 27 April 2025. The contractor is to provide these services in a manner that will ensure the safety and general wellbeing of Airshow attendees. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, licenses, quality control, and other items and services necessary to complete this requirement. Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The attached PWS is in draft status and will be updated for a formal RFQ. Please monitor SAM.gov for all subsequent postings. This is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services. All interested parties shall submit a capabilities package (no more than 10 pages total) outlining your company’s key business abilities relevant to the performance of this requirement.
