Responses are now due by 10 Mar 2025 @ 3:00PM.*** This contract is for the 2025 JBLE Air Show tents, tables, and chairs rental on approximately 23 April 2025 through 27 April 2025 to include delivery, setup, teardown and removal. The contractor is to provide these services in a manner that will ensure the safety and general wellbeing of Air Show attendees. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, licenses, quality control, and other items and services necessary to complete this contract. Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Please refer to the attached PWS and combo solicitation for full details.
